Instinct 4.5mm

Instinct steps up to a 4.5mm glue-down vinyl plank for floors that take more daily traffic. The extra thickness and a 0.5mm wear layer give a more solid feel underfoot than the slimmer Luma and Sterling ranges.

Planks measure 1423 x 229 mm. The longer board suits open-plan living areas, reception spaces and corridors, where a timber-look floor reads best with fewer joins. Instinct carries a P4 wet pendulum slip rating (SRV 53).

For acoustic performance, Instinct reaches a 5-star rating when laid over 3mm GE underlay, and 3 stars without it. Specify the underlay where apartment or upper-floor acoustic requirements apply. Fourteen colours include Atlantic Oak, Chestnut Oak, Natural Oak and Silver White, alongside Spotted Gum and Black Butt. Warranty is 20 years residential and 10 years commercial.
